Challenge

In the real estate business – new ownership of a property means a new property website. Cushman & Wakefield needed to create new websites for a number of new property acquisitions in a very short period of time.

Solution

By creating a customizable website template, Cushman & Wakefield properties could maintain a consistent look and feel to all their own properties in the space, while granting each property it’s own individuality. With the implementation of a CMS, each property could also manage it’s own content, customer groups and email lists in one central location.

Results

We were able to achieve the client's goals and in fact the project was so successful that we have since developed two more mall sites for them with two more on the way.
